What IS Humanitarian movement??????

This movement was actually an effect of Renaissance. In Europe before Renaissance People were the slave of Scholastic philosophy that is religious philosophy. Then it was belived that human beings are for religion.But Renaissance brought about a significant change in the mindset of the European people.They became liberal in their attitude. They began to understand that human beings are not for religion rather religions are for human beings. So significan effect of this movement had on literature. In the previous age religion was completely seperated from human  love between man and women.But the literature of this age shows the mixture of human love and religious spirit. This is an effect of the humanitarian movement.(please share if you have like it)
